The Toyota Prius is one of the most efficient hybrid cars and the most successful in Lompoc and beyond. Trim Levels

Each Toyota Prius is adequately equipped to ensure you have all the features you need for road trips around Santa Ynez or daily commutes to Santa Barbara. Here are the models:

• L Eco - This entry-level model offers features, such as Daytime Running Lights, Smart Key System combined with Push Button Start, and smart-flow climate control and pollen filtration system.
• LE - On top of the features offered by L Eco, the LE brings integrated fog lights, LED accent lights, an electronic on-demand compact AWD system (AWD-e), and a Smart Key System with Push-Button Start.
• XLE AWD-e - This model offers the same electronic on-demand compact AWD system (AWD-e) on the LE and adds wireless smartphone charging, heated front seats, and a six-way adjustable driver's seat.
• Nightshade Edition FWD - The model gets 17-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels, blackout headlight components, and black badges.
• Limited - This is the top-of-the-line model designed to bring all the creature comforts that a Prius has to offer. It adds features like a color head-up display, a premium JBL audio system, an 11.6-inch touchscreen display, and integrated navigation.

The Prius Prime is only available in three trim levels: LE, XLE, and Limited. If you go with the LE, you will have Toyota Safety Sense, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and an illuminated charge port. Moving up, the XLE offers an 11.6-inch touchscreen display, a six-speaker stereo, and heated front seats. The top Limited trim brings a color head-up display, integrated LED fog lights, and a blind spot information system with rear cross-traffic alert.

Interior and Exterior

The Prius features a sleek look with a sloping roof that makes it appear like a sports wagon. Inside, the model features softly padded seats with available heated front seats that make every trip comfortable. Performance

Both the Prius and the Prius Prime feature a 1.8L four-cylinder engine that generates 121 hp and 105 lb-ft of torque. The engine mates to a gearless continuously variable transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard for all models except the AWD-e models, which offer a standard AWD system to easily take on slippery road conditions in Lompoc.

Technology Features

The lower trims offer a standard seven-inch touchscreen infotainment display with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Amazon Alexa wireless smartphone integration. The base mode offers a six-speaker audio system and a Wi-Fi hotspot.
